Company Keys
Your METRC and point-of-sale credentials. Stored encrypted — the agent uses them only for your account.
Washington does not use METRC. You report by uploading CSV files to the state's
Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS). Fill these in and ask the agent
“am I ready to file my CCRS?”
Florida does not use METRC and there is no monthly filing. Your system must hold a
live API session with the Department's seed-to-sale system (BioTrack)
and push each event as it happens — most within 12 hours, dispensations and
transfers in real time. Ask the agent “Florida readiness?”
Florida bans posting to an unregistered account (64ER25-6(6)(b)). Leave this unticked
and the ad studio will refuse social posts and offer the opt-in email lane instead.
Canada does not use METRC. Federal licence holders (cultivation / processing /
medical sales) file a monthly report to Health Canada's Cannabis Tracking System —
due the 15th. Fill these in and ask the agent “am I ready to file my CTS report?”
Retail stores: your province handles retail reporting — the money and marketing
tools all run off your POS as usual.
The Netherlands has no annual filing — compliance is continuous. Experiment
coffeeshops and telers register every action in the government track-and-trace
system (it can couple to your POS); gedoogde shops follow the AHOJGI criteria
(5 g per transaction, max 500 g stock). Fill these in and ask the agent
“am I ready for the wietexperiment?” or “check my AHOJGI”.
The UK does not use METRC. Home Office licence holders (produce / supply /
possess / cultivation) file one annual return on the Home Office's own Excel
form — due 31 January, by e-mail. Pharmacies, hospitals and labs are end users
and file the Nil Return Statement instead. Fill these in and ask the agent
“am I ready for my Home Office return?”
Northern Ireland runs its own regulations — this module covers Great Britain.
Germany does not use METRC. BfArM licence holders (cultivation / manufacturing /
trade) file an annual report on BfArM's own forms — due 31 January. Cultivation
associations (Anbauvereinigungen) file the KCanG § 26 report to their Land.
Fill these in and ask the agent “am I ready for my BfArM report?”
Which licences may we read?
A Metrc user key is issued to a person, not a company, so it can reach every facility that person manages — including other businesses. Tick only your own. Nothing unticked is ever read.
Cultivation Telemetry (grow sensors — optional)
Connect your grow's substrate + climate telemetry and the agent reads root-zone moisture, EC, humidity and VPD, trends them over time, and flags mold risk before it costs a harvest. METER ZENTRA (the cloud the TEROS "sticks" report to): in ZENTRA Cloud open Account → API and create a personal API key. Growlink: at developer.growlink.com sign in, open Profile, and copy a subscription key — then add your Growlink login below (that's how we fetch your live sensor readings). Sensors are auto-discovered, so device IDs are optional. TrolMaster: request an API key from TrolMaster's developer portal (one key per device) and paste it as the key above with your device IDs. Pulse: in the Pulse app open Settings → API, create an API key, and paste it above — devices and substrate sensors auto-discover. Autogrow (IntelliGrow): leave the key blank and just enter your IntelliGrow username + password below; IntelliDose/IntelliClimate devices auto-discover.
Connect QuickBooks and the agent reads your real books — bills (accounts payable), invoices (receivables), expenses, vendors and your profit & loss — and can write bills and invoices back. No CSV upkeep. Click connect and approve access in the QuickBooks window.

Xero (alternative accounting book-of-record)
If your accountant keeps your books in Xero, connect it and the agent reads them live — bills, invoices, contacts, purchase orders and your profit & loss — and can write bills and invoices back. Click connect and approve access in the Xero window.

Send from your own email (required for campaigns)
Customer campaigns send from your email account — so replies come back to you and your own address builds the sending reputation. Two fields and you're connected.
Send from your own email
Campaigns go out from this address and replies land in your inbox. Gmail and Google Workspace need an App Password, not your normal password — Google Account → Security → 2-Step Verification → App passwords. Your provider sets the daily send limit (Gmail 500/day, Workspace 2,000/day).
